The ingrained nature of EFN is extraverted feeling, hence they are capable of seeing the goodness and ideal nature of everything and everyone in their life. They can connect to everyone with empathy and rejoice in the people to people contact. They also value customs and traditions as they bring pictures of gatherings of people as well as reasons for harmony.
The associative function of EFN is introverted intuition, which help the EFN understand cues and read between the lines to get the big picture. Combined with Fe, they can quickly spot differences in body language and emotional tone to analyze, understand as well as to create some funny moments to entertain. They can easily play the devil’s advocate just for the sake of having a conversation. Also when they find themselves in unfamiliar environments, associative Ni can constantly churn up worst case scenarios because of the lack of prior information, which tends to keep them alert and or nervous. Regulatory of EFN is made up of introverted thinking, which creates models of things and people around and is used to understand and fine tune EFN’s primary interests. Here Ti is not used in its full ability as a source of rational understanding, but merely to help and support EFN’s ingrained Fe as well as associative Ni. They like to do things correctly in order to win approval or to be in the good books, hence any criticism might be perceived as unfair and they might get upset especially if it comes from someone close or someone whom they respect.
